Click Frames reserves the right to use the images for promotional and publishing purposes. The client(s) herewith allows us to display any photographs covered by this contract to promote click frames. We do not and will not sell any images of our clients unless permitted as we respect their privacy and honor our professional bond. However, if the client wishes not to share any of their belongings with us, including Photo, or Video, inform us through email.

Booking Deposit and Payment

 

10% advance to block the dates for the event(s).

​

The remaining 90% is to be presented on the day before the event/Wedding Day. Please note, that the editing starts once the full payment is received and cleared.

​

Any Traveling Charges for shooting outside Kerala are to be covered along with the advance.

 

We request the client to make the payments on time to ensure a smooth workflow as we do not appreciate getting in the queue for settlement on the date of the event.

​

Titles to all goods remain with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s). This period is limited to 1 month from the date of the event.

 In case of delay in payment or unprofessional behavior by the client(s), after a 1-month  extension (from the date of the event) the photographer reserves the right to erase the captured data from his archives and will no longer be held responsible for any deliverables.

Confirmation

The client will receive a confirmation mail and a receipt on receiving the Booking amount*. All the communications with Click Frames & the client shall be made in English and Written through Email Only.

Cancellation / Refund

Since we work on limited projects, we do NOT offer any refunds. 

Under any circumstances, the final decision remains with Click Frames.

In the event of cancellation by Click Frames, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees/booking amount paid only.

Schedule

Kindly inform Click Frames about the complete event schedule.
The details of the event/wedding arrangements are to be agreed upon beforehand in writing/email & shall notify us of any changes to these details in writing/email.

Drone Service

Drone coverage depends on the rules and regulations of the State Government / Central Government / Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Government of India. In any case, if the drone service is not utilized due to any technical error, the cost will be deducted from the package.

 

Force Majeure

In the very unexpected event of cancellation by the photographer (Click Frames) or of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

 

*By Paying Deposit, the Client also Accepts The Full Terms and Conditions.
