It's really exciting for me to create photos of your dress, shoes, invites. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments & all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.

We based in Kochi, Kerala, India. However, we love to travel If you want us to photograph your story & it requires a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

Since we will be busy concentrating on creating your memories more beautifully, we outsource these services to our vendors and charge accordingly.

While 80% of the cost of the entire package is to be paid as advance to book & block our dates. The remaining 20% of the cost can be paid against deliverables. Also, we shall inform you 2 days prior to the final deliverables, when ready. The final photography and videography files will be delivered against the complete payment received. *Any changes in the payment schedule are not recommended, because due to delay in payments, we may not be able to meet the promised Delivery due dates.

Based on our past experience in the wedding Industry, we have standardised the time slots for the specific events and work on a slot basis. There’s no restriction to the number of images shot during the events as we prefer to cover the entire process which includes: behind the scenes, makeup, portraits, details of traditional outfit & jewels, décor & guests, etc.

We assign an exclusive wedding coordinator for you who shall be representing VOWS to you, for all your last minute needs and changes. As the coordinator will attend all your events, you can let them know all other important members apart from family who needs special attention in photographs and videos. However, They shall reach the venue before the main team does and take up the responsibility by getting in touch with decorators and lighting team and make sure your event goes hassle free.

No big surprises is ideal. I understand things don't always go to plan and that's not really the surprises I'm talking about. If you want me to shoot something like someone jumping out of the cake and I'm not aware of it happening, then I cannot capture it. So keep in touch in the lead up to your wedding, and let me know of any changes to the plan. It's always best to capture the emotions raw when they happen, rather than re-enacting something later.

On your big day it all can be overwhelming. Remember that once the day arrives you cannot control everything, so don't try to. You've got a small army of willing helpers around you to pick up the pieces that fall down. You just have to stand there, look pretty and then have the time of your life with those you care most about in this world (and me of course). I've said it before, and will say it again, time moves at warp speeds on your big day, make the most of it while it's there. However, here are few key points to keep in mind: You need to allot a good 2-3 hrs for the getting ready session. Let me explain why: 30-45mins for the bride’s first look & portraits 30-45 mins for the groom’s individual portraits 30-45 mins for the couple portraits 30mins for family portraits - These are the most ignored ones, hence you need to ensure all the immediate family members are ready before the guest arrives and you complete the family portraits before the event starts and everyone is fresh as daisy. Trust us, you wouldn't regret these!

Don't be :) It kind of defeats the purpose of the "getting ready" photos with photos we could have just captured later in the day. In the lead up I'll work with you to make sure I arrive prior to this.. If that's what you want.

We agree that grooms doesn’t really require all the time in the world as ladies to get ready but they definitely need to get that hair done & touch ups. So, why do it the last minute where they can get ready right before time and we can complete their first look portraits. It will also save time for couple portraits if both of them co-ordinate and be ready at the same time. Still the time permits, the grooms can chat with their friends and have a cup of coffee to unwind!

This can mean a couple of things.. Firstly, it's highly recommended that the girl's are as close to the venue as possible. This isn't just from photographer's point of view, but means you're not travelling great distance to and from your wedding. If you can afford it, and you don't already live close, get a nicely maintained AirBnb as a treat. You can spread out easier in a nice, relaxed setting. Secondly, wherever you're getting ready for both the bride and groom, I'm chasing the light. Similar to a moth I guess.. So nicely lit rooms and well maintained gardens are a big plus

I personally don't care. Do you though? I have no issues if every Tom, Dick and Harry is taking images, or Uncle Bob is recording the whole thing on Hollywood cameras with an entire film crew. When and how they might post them onto social media is also something that doesn't fuss me but might fuss you? It's not rude to ask guests to refrain from certain things on YOUR day if you don't want them doing certain things. Usually a sign works well, or a quick message from the celebrant at the start of the ceremony.

Yes we do! We do carry external flashes and adequate equipment but use it until or unless it is actually required to avoid the clutter of cables in the mandap or in the event area. However, do connect us with the event planner or decor who's taking care of the lighting so that we can co-ordinate and ensure things are smooth & bright :)

We do hundreds of weddings and can only remember the immediate family of the couple. Hence, we always suggest the couple to connect us with one of their sibling or cousin to ensure we cover the extended family and important people attending the ceremony.

A good 30-45mins would suffice exclusively for couple portraits. Additionally, as per above in the "On the Day" section, I've included a copy of rough schedule that I like to follow for a wedding - times may vary, but the spacing of time is ideal. That will ensure things go smoothly on your D-Day!

If your event is scheduled in the day time, trust us it’s the best one , nothing beats the natural light. However if it’s scheduled in the evening time, we need to ensure we utilize the golden hour & sunset time for the portraits. We need to ensure these couple shots are completed before the guest arrives.

Generally post the couple portraits & family shots, we would like to go with the flow of the event. Our style is to capture things as naturally as possible, keeping it candid & raw.

For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.

Yes, we do provide albums as per your requirements and can be added in the package at additional cost if not provided in the Price Estimation at first stage. However, we suggest you to finalize them post your event celebrations.

We at Click Frames believe in perfection since we edit each and every picture which involves lots of time and effort from expert editing team. We also know how excited & eager you guys are to replay your beautiful event memories, hence we provide 20-30 Sneak Peak Images for social Sharing within 5 Days and All Edited Images from every single event within 8 working weeks and All Edited Full Film along with one Short film within 8 weeks. All your Final deliverables shall be provided in a external hard Drive along with one set of web-resolution Photos with watermark so that you can plug and play on your TV/PROJECTORS or share among Friends and Family in Social Media. If requested We can also Share compressed files over temporary cloud storage so you can download it even from remote areas as well. This way you can safely keep your files for the long run and have easier offline access.
